This is her 5th birthday party. She will start kindergarten in the
fall with Dahlia.

They discovered their common ground was mac n’ cheese.

We all had a great time. Even the parents played in the bounce houses and on the slides.

I often dream up new game ideas in my sleep. They seem pure genius
until I wake up. Last night I designed an iPhone app that would allow
you to practice Rock Band guitar solos away from home. Yes… this is
a sure sign that I need to play another type of game. Later during the
day I ran across an ad for Guitar Hero: On Tour to be played on the
Nintendo DS. Interesting.

As usual Dahlia ordered ice cream but ate only a couple bites. Monti
always gets her leftovers. At these moments she loves having a younger
sibling.

Afterwards I bought Dahlia a sugar cone for 20 cents which she enjoyed
better than her Cookie Dough Ice cream.
