The bar closed at 2 am but we were not done with the night so Kathy
let us continue the night at her coffee shop. There we had gelato,
danced, and played “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee” on the accordion.

Lots of laughs
We had another night out with the moms. As always it was full of lots
of good conversation and laughs. -
After Cirque de Soleil
Cique de Soleil was quite an experience. The set for “O” was simply
awesome. It is one of those shows where “the making of O” would be
even more fascinating than the performance itself. After watching the
show I simply wanted to go the gym and work on getting stronger but
alas I ended up instead at a bar pre-drinking before dancing. It was
great that Carl and Mary joined us for a couple drinks before we
headed out. -
Blue Martini
Going out after Cher was quite difficult. After 2 cab rides to places
that were “dark” on Wednesday nights we finally asked our cab driver
for some advice. He said everyone goes to strip clubs Wednesday
nights because most dance places are closed except for Blue Martini
and LAX. Blue Martini was off the strip and more of a local club. We
managed to salvage the night there and had some fun dancing.
