I went out to lunch with my friend Sally and my new neighbor Lone. We
tried a place called Nature’s Pantry in Bellevue which specializes in
Vegan Raw food. Everything I tried there was great. I loved having a
chance to get to know my neighbor who recently moved to Seattle from
Denmark. To prepare for our lunch, I must admit, I read the Wikipedia
entry on Denmark just so I wouldn’t appear like such a “dumb
American”. We had a very easy time filling several hours with good
conversation. I was excited to find out she too is a fellow blogger.
